A reader named in London suggested I set up a Facebook fan page. I've now done so, but that reader has never shown up to become my fan. Please feel free to do so yourself if you choose. At the time of writing I only have two fans.

Of course, I may not even deserve that many. It's been a long time since I've produced new creative material for this site, and even "Half-Life" , my autobiographical sequence, was finished late in 2008.

People keep writing me asking when there will be new material and I say, soon, soon. But the truth is that I don't have anything burning to say at the moment.

I feel a little bit like a minor Michael Jackson, producing my best work in my 20s and 30s, and then spending the rest of my life repackaging it.

A lot of art involves figuring out how to see the world, and when you do figure it out meant I haven't been as compelled to create any more. Or I haven't been, at least.
